Norm Bobay founded hireMAX, a consulting
firm specializing in employee evaluation
and development, in 1991. He brings over
twenty-five years of business management
and training experience to his position.
Norm is a Certified Professional
Behavioral and Values Analyst. He has a
BA in Bible from American Christian
School of Biblical Studies and was
ordained as a minister in 1981. He
worked in full time ministry conducting
evangelism and church growth development
training until 1986 when he returned to
the business sector as General Manager
of a small manufacturing and
distribution company. In 1991 he began a
private consulting firm providing
personnel selection assessments and
management training for companies
nationwide. He was chosen as TTI
Performance Systems 2000 International
Trainer of the Year. Norm has been
promoted nationally as a professional
speaker and trainer on such subjects as:
